Clearwater is the largest place near me and has the most salons in it, so if you are driving north instead it is usually for a specific reason: a correction, a blonding job that needs planning, or a stylist who will be straight with you about what your hair can take.
That is the work I want. Multi session blonding, banded color evened out, box dye brought back to something that grows out cleanly. It takes longer and I would rather do it properly across two visits than break your hair in one.
Sun and salt water do real damage to lightened hair here, and it changes what is achievable. I would rather build that into the plan up front than pretend otherwise.
