If you run something or answer to a board, the problem with hair appointments is rarely the hair. It is the three hours on a Saturday, and the color that needs redoing every four weeks whether or not you have the time.
So here is what I focus on. You get a realistic idea up front of how long you will be here, including the parts where you are sitting waiting for color to develop. And the color I put on your hair is chosen so that six weeks later it still looks deliberate rather than overdue.
I will be straight with you about timing. Hair does not always keep to the clock: some days I run behind, and some days I can take you early. If your day is tight, text before you set off and I will tell you where I am at.
That last part is the one that saves you the most. Hand painted color with no hard regrowth line means three or four months between full appointments instead of six weeks, and a gloss with a blowout in between if you want it sharp for something specific.
If you have a board meeting, a photoshoot, a conference or a wedding, tell me the date when you book. I would rather plan backwards from it than have you turn up two days before asking for something that needs three weeks.

- The latest day of the week, so an appointment does not have to cost you a working afternoon.
- You know the real number
- Price and a realistic time estimate before you sit down, including the waiting. No surprises at the desk afterwards.
- Grow out that is not a deadline
- Color chosen so that being three weeks late to your next appointment is invisible rather than obvious.

Questions I get asked
- What is the earliest you can see me?
- The booking calendar shows the real first appointment of each day, and it is the honest answer rather than an optimistic one. If nothing there suits, text me and ask, because I can sometimes make something work.
- How long will I actually be there?
- The booking page shows a realistic estimate for what you choose. A cut is about an hour. Hand painted color is about an hour and three quarters, plus a blowout or haircut if you add one, and longer for long or dense hair. Leave a little slack in your day, because timings can shift.
- I travel a lot. Can I book ahead?
- Online booking opens 60 days ahead. If you want dates further out than that, text (or call) to schedule and I will put them in the book.
- I need it to look right for something specific.
- Tell me the date when you book. Anything involving a significant color change wants two or three weeks of margin, and a gloss with a blowout the week before rather than the day before.
